Excellent turnaround time for Joburg Water

I would like to commend the staff responsible for attending to the *** email queries. In less than 24hrs from the time of the email, I had already received an email response with a reference number and the Joburg Water truck was at my gate. Keep it up, such service must be commended and gives residents hope that service delivery is not just lip service - it does happen.
