Eskom gone wrong

Few years ago we had a problem with eskom cabling in our erea and we were told it was resolved but every year in winter we are experiencing the same problem of our electricity switching off while our neighbors are having a positive outcome.Why is eskom not fixing what it is needed to be fixed so we can have the same experience as the others .It only happens in 4 houses. I am really frustrated with eskom in this period of covid do I have to go to my neighbors to ask if I can work in their houses. People are scared of this desease and so am I. Please Eskom deal with this once and for all it is not funny anymore.We cant be experiencing the same problem every year
