ESKOM Charges increase every time your BUY NOT according to the BLOCKS

According to Eskom the first ****w BLOCK should be at the cheapest rate and there after each BLOCK should be at the rate for the BLOCK. As far as I have experienced this is just another of ESKOMS and Benoni Municipality MISREPRESENTATIONS that CON us the consumers. They increase the rate every time you BUY irrespective of whether you are still within the first BLOCK or another BLOCK.
