Escalate to heaven - How High can you go!!!!!

Frustrating - not getting anywhere after call logged, and continuously following-up and being advised that nothing has been done as yet, escalation after escalation.

Call centre Agents cannot assist me!!!! Who can!!!!!!!!!

• New Property registered on our name in February 2017. • Enquired with City of JHB Municipality with regards to water reading estimates on our monthly Invoice. • I was told that they are allowed to take estimates for 3 months, however after 3 months an actual reading needs to be taken. I accepted this, however the estimates are still being reflected on monthly statements – 8 months later. • We then requested for the water meter to be replaced so that the reading can be viewed clearly and to ensure that a correct reading is taken. This was done, however the Invoice still reflects the old meter number with an estimate usage, however City of JHB expects you to continue paying you “Incorrect” bill - which we do. • A call was logged in August 2017. I was told that a request will be forwarded to the technical department who replaced the meter requesting for the “Job Card” which should reflect the old meter number and reading before the new meter was installed. • I was told to wait a month, which I did. On the 18/09/2017 (longer than a month) I was told that nothing was done as yet. Spoke to a consultant who advised that call / reference number would be escalated and to wait 7 days. After 7 days lapsed – 26/09/2017, contacted again only to be told that call was not escalated and this would be done. Contacting today 02/10/2017 to follow-up, I was told that nothing has been done as yet. • I was provided with various email addresses and was told that I now have to request for this be escalated. Step 1: Email to ********** and wait 7 days Step 2: Email to ********** and wait 3 days Step 3: Email to ********** and wait 3 days Step 4: Email to ********** and wait for goodness how long!!!!!!!!

How many times does this need to be done before any assistance from anybody is received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
