Enormous Increase in Rates

I would like to query an Enormous Increase in Rates , the water that is been charged is way more than what we have been paying , i fail to understand what there is a lot of discrepancies and the explaining that we are getting does not make sense. We are being exploited.. Investigation must be done and solution to be provided ASAP . We cannot be paying alot of water in a small household. I demand answers . The Rates have to be investigated
