Ennerdale Rand Water

I had logged a complaint with Ennerdale Rand Water, REF was given to me. I was transferred to City of Johannesburg for further assistance.There i was informed that statement logged on the REF number was incorrect, they told me to call back Ennerdale Rand Water to re-log my complaint with correct statement .No one is answering my calls anymore, i called three times from the morning. This is urgent because water pressure is low in the horse even a toilet cistern can not be full. I got a REF but now i dont know what to do i need help because my calls are not answered at Ennerdale Rand Water. I need assistance that why i log this call.
