EMPLOYMENT WITH THE CoJ MEANS NOT HAVING TO WORK!

The City of Johannesburg does not even deserve a star so I would like to give them a -5 (minus 5). Calling the given number for the municipality is a LOST cause. Waiting for more than 40 (forty) minutes for someone to respond is madness and a waste of air time and money. Trying to register on the website is another exercise in futility. Trying to get a response via email, regardless of the email used, is another waste of time. It appears the NOBODY WORKS at the municipality and employment with the CoJ means NO WORK! I know of a number of ratepaying homeowners who have given up trying to resolve any issue with the CoJ. SAD REALLY.
