employer at Randburg license renewal department

this star is for terrible. Why do we as law abiding citizens and tax payers have to be subjected to this rudeness and abuse. I am a pensioner and have gone three times to renew my drivers licence to no avail, at the Randburg license department. The first time I went at 2.15 and were told that they closed at 2.00 and to come the next day between 7 and 8. As a pensioner I was told that we would be taken first and skip the line. I arrived at 7.20 to be told that they had already taken 15 pensioners and that was the limit. I left it for a week and decided to go into day. Got up at 5.00 am, arrived at the Randburg Driver's licensing department at 6.00, was told I needed proof of residence and Id copies, so went home, photostated went back into the line, my place being held by some really nice people. Was asked if I had had a eye test done, which I had, went to into the offices to be told that the eye test I had done in May wasn't valid, and that they no longer do eye tests, This was conveyed to me by a very rude dogmatic man who wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. How would my eyes which I had had tested for reading glasses change in 4 months and no longer be valid. I asked to speak to someone else that would listen to my case and was told there was nobody. So I have been 3 times to renew a license which by law I have to do but which I can't seem to get anywhere with. How can a man with such a rude and arrogant manner be employed with my tax payers money. He was rude to several people there that were also waiting. How did our country get into this state where you can't book for an appointment, are not told what requirements are needed when you try and go there, and also are treated by ****** like people who have only got a job as civil servants because we pay taxes. If someone from the municipality, reads perhaps they will check who the person was at the receiving line of the licensing department and take this person to task and let him know that we pay his salary and the least he can do with his job is treat people in a civil and decent man.
