Electricity

We have lodge a complain in city in Florida 35 5th Avenue florida cables are hanging now we are suffering with power, there's no electricity we buy electricity, how can I not access electricity while I buy prepaid they can't fixed those cables on a pole it has been 4 days without power that is a useless service we get from them.
