Elderly lady without power for 192 hours

Electricity of 85 year old has been switched off for 192 hours. Accounts was fully paid 25 feb, An email was sent to credit control in the same day as the *** emails were returned undelivered. I phoned city of joburg yesterday to enquire when the electricity will be switched on where I was told they sent an email to kogistics and that we will have to wait another 72 hours. This is a disgrace on how our elderly are treated
