don't care at all

My cieling was damaged by contractors. and storm during November 2014. I reported the matter to Barry at Claremont office and submitted photos of the damages.he came and took pics and promised to get it sorted . Never fixed it or sent any 1,I went back more than 5 times to no avail. Now we have rat infestation and are coughing and nose running cause the dust and dirt enters my home daily
