Displaced due to their operations

I stay in kensington Johannesburg.Johannesburg water has been replacing sewer pipes of late. Last week monday 27 november there was a storm and sewage started to come inside my house and destroyed my property. Frantic efforts to call one Eugine Nkosi were futile as he kept on promising to come till saturday no show up. These guys are wicked. I want justice to bring them to book. I have been staying in friend's places one day after the other. They have ****ed my emotions to the grave. My head is spinning like now. How can they be so heartless...
