Disgusting service on the refund of my manicipal rates

This year in March I sold my house and as it is the process had to pay for municipal rates for 6 months. I vacated the house and now new owners have been the occupants since March. I am struggling to get my municipal rates refund and I have been to the Florida Park municipal offices in Roodepoort for the fifth time now and each time am told that the figures have not been released and at least all consultants including the manager do not have answers of why the request that they claim to have escalated is not actioned. All am told is that "we have sent, and email and we will sent it again". I am so disgusted by the service as no one seems to be competent to address my query. If this money was saved in the bank, it could be bearing some interest for me.I have spend so much petrol money driving up and down to have this resolve and hear i am still waiting with no one bothering to even call me.I do not know what to do anymore and i desperately need someone at the useless manicipal office to assist me to get my refund
