DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM CITY OF JOHANNESBURG - ESP

After months of receiving the ESP as a SASSA Pensioner, in January, February and March, the application for renewal was refused because the company that CoJ is using does not have an updated credit report and the credit bureau that LX Centrix Solution uses, is affiliated with ***** African countries, such as Zimbabwe. CoJ - ESP division does not even consider the 3 months bank statements - and I only use one bank - to consider the income from SASSA. And NO! this is not a political thing on my part. The details of my employment and dates are incorrect, even with a company that I was never employed with. I am searching other credit bureaus to get correct information, but doubt if City of Johannesburg would be interested in another company's correct information.
