Disgusting service

Today I went to the legal department on the 1st floor to try and amend the AOD that was done around the 25th of September, that person Paul Sandile Matshiqi did that was captured on City of Jhb system . Jabu Mabunda told me to go see Madina. Madina refused to assist me and out of spite cancelled the existing AOD which she had no right to do,also Jabu Mabunda told me " see you in court he will be sending me a S129. They are after my late mom's house . They refused to assist me to sign a new AOD,then they should have left the existing one,instead you threaten to go after the property.

How this altercation started is when Madina said in previous correspondence " don't use services you cant afford" excuse me I lost my job and this is the result of me being behind in utility bill. It also doesn't help when City of Jhb conveniently doubles the value of your property meaning you now pay double rates you dont owe. Also I kept on getting disconnected without a pretermination notice and the one time I had made 2 payments and signed an AOD and still 5 days later I was disconnected.

In the queue,2 other people also complained of Jabus Mabunda's behavior and said that he doesn't have the right temperament to deal with people and should rather go and work behind a desk,I totally agree.

This is the "help" you get when trying to reach an affordable AOD plan. Madina made me sign a previous AOD when I was unemployed and was destined to default on the AOD .

I do not take well to threats from Jabu Mabunda that he will go after my house when I was prepared to try and reach an reasonable AOD.

No wonder so many people pay bribes because you get no help whatsoever here.
