Juanita Kühn I am disgusted in the mentality of Joburg Water !! The attitude of the staff in the call centre is shocking !! Isaac Dhludhlu promised to send me feedback on a high water bill, now they insist i go to CoJ offices, REALLY!!!!!! Whatever happened to customer service????? And don't retract on your obligations!!!!
