Disgusting service

Poor service i have received from JHB Water . My mum bought a house in Kew and has been waiting since last year the first week of December till now, and everyday that we call they advise us that the guys are on the way to fit in the meters, which hasn't been done at all. Whenever we call, it seems as if they already know its us that's calling, they either ignore us, or we can hear them laughing in the background.
