DISGUSTING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT FOR JHB WATER!!

I am so disgusted by JHB water, I reported a sewage burst Wednesday and was assured it would be resolved, apparently the guys were here and closed my case as resolved YET THE SEWAGE WATER WHICH IS A HEALTH HAZARD IS STILL RUNNING, Not only was case my initial call closed apparently they said its clean water running so my nose must be right up my behind for smelling sewage waters, even if it was clean water is it fine that it's running the way it is? The feedback I got from Bradley a team leader at the call center which I must say sounded like he didn't believe me nevertheless his feedback was that another guy named Donald will call me and we can complete the call then as Donald says, because of an ******* CAR WASH AT THE TRAIN STATION THEY CAN'T CLOSE THE WATER COMPLETELY OH AND IT'S CLEAN WATER. So I am clearly losing my damn mind or I'm simply bored with my life as I would call jhb water to report sewage water for the fun of it. BRADLEY WAS SO UNHELPFUL AND WHEN I ASKED WHEN DONALD WOULD BE CALLING HE SAYS AND I QUOTE "I DON'T KNOW, MOST PROBABLY TOMORROW MORNING OR LATE THIS EVENING" this after I stressed the fact that I have a baby and the smell is right in my house, so too hell with our health. THIS IS GOVERNMENT SERVICE FOR YOU, DISGUSTING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!!!!
