Disgusting customer service

I called your customer service 3 times for the same query. The 1st time a guy answered, I requested for him to tell me the procedure to lodge a complaint but he wouldn't tell me instead he interrogated me like a lawyer. I told him not to interrogate me but give me the info that I want, he hung up on me. I called the 2nd time, spoke to another guy who refused to assist me with my ID number he strictly wanted an account number. Only when i called the 3rd time a lady answered and assisted me. This gives me the impression that your agents are idiots, and they have a serious lack customer service s****s. Do you even train these people? I have never been so disgusted in my life. You wasted my time, energy and money. The nerve of that guy who hung up on me, my gosh your people are so ridiculous.
