Disgusting and bad service

As a new customer for this Bus Company it has certainly been one hell of an unpleasant experience indeed to use this service. The first issue that puts me off is the state of the bus and how unprofessional the drivers can be. The bus is suppose to pick us up at Ecopark- Centurion at 16:00 but Patrick decided to get there at 15:40 pm dated 14/03/2024. Another issue is how full the bus can get, those that have the files what could be the cause is that there are those that have been using the bus for many years. They now pay less than what they should which results in them feeling entitled to behave like hooligans in the bus. There's one lady when she get in the bus light skinned she yells and complains on how the new people should stand up and give up their sits in order for her to sit. The nerve of that woman is so appalling its high time for the old crocs who have been using bus for millions years to buy cars and give the newbies a chance to enjoy the bus too. Unlike them we will continue to be honest responsible citizens and pay full amount for our trips. @City Of Johannesburg do better your service is appalling.
