Disgusted!

Johannesburg Water last week saturday one of your staff members came under the guise of fixing a water leak at our business situated at 38 De Beer Street, Braamfontein - they burst the water pipe, the Telkom cables and affected the electricity City Power Johannesburg - Official_Page cables plsu to add to that left the Egoli Gas (Pty) Ltd pipes also exposed. Leaving my business flooded and without any power and at danger of catching fire - to date my staff has been shafted from pillar to post without anyone taking any accountability! The sad thing is we have not been able to operate for well over 7 days and I've had to pay rent and staff! Whilst your employees are right now trying to ****** money from me and my partners for a job they are supposed to do! All my references to date are closed by some unknown force and at this point its pretty reasonable to assume that this was done purposely with a point to ****** money from our business - I mean if a guy calls you claiming to be from joburg water and asks for over R5000 to fix a pipe that they destroyed - what am I, HR for the City of Joburg ? I now have to pay them a salary while my staff faces being without a job within a few days? And we are supposed to believe that City of Joburg is serious about service provision to us as paying clients? Meanwhile my staff are at risk of losing their jobs?!?
