Disappointed in Johannesburg municipality

We have reported a drain blockage on the 29 July today is the 1 August but still we not getting any help we have been calling the municipality every single day but they keep on promising to send a team. Its very disappointing that we have to live in a yard full of water and we cannot use the toilet and the streets are full of water because we are not getting any help while we are paying tax.
