Disappointed

So disappointed by a company called Thembalethu working under joburg water. That company is in competent.. My brother was paid into the wrong account by them, we informed them they told us to go to the banks.. We went to the bank 5 tiles xithin a week using petrol we didn't have..

They paif into a closed account after we provided them with the right account. We did their work in finding out what happened...

They said they will now do their own investigation, this is after we brought them every thing... How xan such a reputable entity be affiliated with such incompetency and a lack of empathy for people...
