Department of housing City of Johannesburg

In 2017 a lady from Pimville rdp's who runs a day creche was kicked out of the house she had been staying in for 11years together with her 5 children they slept on the street for 2 nights and no one could assist.

This happened after the ward councillor had come to her to tell her that she must move out of the house (councillor Lizzy Mabasa) and the lady from department of housing (Thembi) Bara branch also came to tell her that she must move out of the house.

No one could eve assist neither police station, the tribunal nor the councillour she just said it straight that "I'm not interested in anything to do with that woman".

My question now is where the human rights that are being preached to us the right to housing as she has c-form from 1999 and runns a creche tha she now has to let go because of not having a place to work from.

Please just find out for her if this is fair to her and her kids to need a home and no one seems to care.
