Delta Park needs TLC

We have been going to delta park for a year now. We went today and I am highly disgusted. The grass is up to our ankles (i know we had a lot of rain but you can't walk or sit down) swings are broken and toilets are in horrible condition. It use to be a lovely family outing but i doubt we will go back.

The park needs attention.
