Dealing *********** consulted and Team leader

I called in on the 31.08.2017Spoke to a team leader called to Thapelo aroung 12:35 who tend to report to Mamatlhare Maseko.Instead of giving customer service he was making an argument with and with bad stinking attitude ,after a minute later while exchanging words dropped my phone.I called again and ask to speak to Thapelo's superior and no luck.Claudia picked up the call ,request to speak to Mamatlhare Maseko ,Claudia transffered the call to *********** Thapelo again who dropped my call.I called again at 12:48 and Claudia picked up the call again and dropped the call in my ears...I called again at 12:50 Claudia picked up the call and make an argument with me who tend to be of my assistance.Thapelo and Claudia are not the brand ambassador of the City Of Johannesburg and are dropping the service level and service level agreement of the organisation .They dont deserve to serve customer or they need a serious training on how to interact with clients.
