Cutting your own wrists is more fun that going to COJ Municipal Offices

Honestly the worst feeling in the world is to know you have to try and resolve something on your municipal account. I have been trying to switch to a prepaid electricity meter since January 2020. I went to the municipal buildings in Randburg 4 times without achieving anything. Each time having to take leave at the office. So ontop of the R700 I pay extra on a "network and Service " charge I loose leave. Public sector workers are the worst of the worst. I have NEVER met a helpful person working there.
