<p>May I please be assisted with the toilet system that doesnt work properly and water is coming out not flushed out. This happened after they came to change our system to the one that saves water which is 4 litres. since then we had a problem and tried all avenues to get people who were installing those systems but we failed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then this morning I contact the call centre to log the query I get hold of the lady Lindi whom when I requested the surname she said she only uses the name not the same. and she wasn't helpful at all and my question why a person who is at the call centre to help people then she thinks she owns the whole world. The City should really take it into consideration to train their appropriately. we know they are there or got the jobs because who knows who but when you get that job do your best to be a valuable asset not think you are important than the person on the other line. The call was at 9H46 on 10/05/2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nonetheless all I need is help to get my problem solved.</p>
