I have a very serious problem with their billing. In June my bill was R10900 and July R9500, then I approached them to rectify their error - they want me to make arrangements for the money I don't owe. They even sent their technicians to check if there isn't a leak and nothing was found. I was also asked to get a detector, who came and found nothing either. Then I dropped several emails asking them to correct their error as it accumulates interest, still no response. Then they called and sent messages of service cut offs, instead of correcting their mess. The Mayor promised residents about cleaning ********* and *******ion within his office, but it gets worse. It's impossible for a family of two to consume so much money in each month.
