*******ion and lack of interest

I have had a water leak outside my house for over a few months. I have called in every single day, getting new references concerning the matter. I have even sent pictures to the manager of the water leaking out side. They have sent the service 3 times and each time they say there's a lock and disregard it as fixed on their system. Today, 29 November I phoned in again, and now all my references have been some how cancelled off the system and now the last reference was to a new address, is this not *******ion? All they want is to charge people huge amounts of money. This is absolute absurd and sickening!!! The staff are lazy and incapable of talking to. They all are covering their tracks. The people in the call centre doing nothing and the managers are absolute lazy and ******* and don't control there systems and workers and blame it on the billing department . The staff that do come to see the water leakage , do nothing but look at it and sit in the shade Our country is falling and these *******, lack of interest people are only making it worse.
