CONSTANT POWER OUTAGES BASIC HUMAN RIGHT

Been trying to be patient now but this is UNACCEPTABLE. ..my food has gone off in the freezer....my appliances are blowing up...I think I had TEN power outages now in just over a month. Once for 15 hours!!! It's ONE WHOLE street and they just cannot fix it????
