Complete Invoice Mismanagement and Overbilling Issues

My bill has been an issue since the day I moved into our new property (August 2017). I have found numerous discrepancies on my bill, overbilling and total, complete mismanagement. Now COJ has handed me over to their Attorneys - L. Mafetsa Attorneys. They then blacklisted me through no fault of my own. I have welcomed a court hearing, but WILL NOT run after COJ anymore. I have tried to resolve many times but they do absolutely NOTHING - it is futile. See how much money you recover from me now COJ?? Instead of trying to resolve the issue by a competent person, you have created an even bigger problem for yourselves. As I have said before - the Onus is on you, the COJ to prove otherwise now. Useless bunch.
