Complaint against Municipality ,Bp ,Pick n Pay and ABSA

I would like to say our city of Joburg is really something. We have a matter which is really stressful and ******** however we can not rely on people be fair. To us it seems to be that they favor business people over residence. We are now being attacked by the these people cause they are all trying to assist a man with the growth of their business. A BP garage owner is closing us in our property. We now can not fight for our legal property which belongs to us cause these people are trying to constantly bring forward things to scare us. I did not know drive ways are given by the municipality so the question is to ABSA who bonded our house and accepted a full bond payment of the erf to now hear it never belonged to us. Further more many things are not correct with this process inspectors where not present when foundations were being laid for the boundary walls which are is currently closing us. The municipality said our house has health and safety issues so BP garage inspectors should now be accountable because if our home is a risk who has taken the health and risk safety of residence into account. Yet they have the go ahead to improve their garage. Than Pick n Pay who wants to grow franchises but not taking into account what is happening behind the scenes. The municipality is clearly assisting this man to get it all done without consideration of us as a resident not taking our health and safety into account nor does BP nor does PnP. Were is the rights for home owners. The safety and health of us. Everyone is one sided. No one is taking the actually matter into account especially the city of Joburg!
