Kabelo Letsoalo Assisted me today via the help desk- being a day before a public holiday I am sure they were short staffed - it’s been forever since I have had someone so eloquent on the other side of the phone - without going into too much detail, Kabelo went beyond just assisting one query - he made sure that he covered all concerns and even mailed me my updated statement ! Wow what an asset he is to COJ - I won’t be surprised if someone head hunts him ! Great energy and concern for others Well done !
