COJ *********** Widows with estimate billing over 4 years

l am a widow Bought a home for my children. COJ decided to change meters accept mine wasn't when l boughty house. My electricity bill was estimated at between R 10k to R15k for a solid 4 years. I logged calls went to the ofgivrs with my actual readings. I was told they will vrt actual readings and correct. Well my bill is st over R200k. I have never stopped paying a R1000 more than what the previous owners told me as their momtly bill. Needless to say l have been cut and had to a fortune arrangements. No one seems to be interested in looking at how l got to this billing. Oh l was told my meter was leaking. So my water was so so high. Over might my water just on it's own stopped leaking. What a miracle? Yet lmao stuck with R3500 water billing. I am tired. I don't know what to do anymore. No one is interested in helping me look at the incorrect billing.
