COJ Water - useless!

Well If there was a star less than 1 this is what the COJ Water would get. Beyond useless. The only division that works is the bakkie that disconnects. The credit, the ombusman the accounts absolutely useless. F&%K guys really disconnect people on a Friday, ahead of a weekend, then the system is down (again) and you can resolve an issue - for a query that has been lodged and acknowledged as a error on your side.
