COJ Valuation Dispute

I Lodge an objection on the proposed Valuation of my property, before the cut-off for the Valuation Roll 2023, with the relevant supporting documents. I notice that my dispute, and proposed valuation, was not taken into account when I received my latest statement. When I log on the E Connect website and try and log a complaint, the wheel keep on spinning but you cant even log a complain on their own portal that they designed to log a complaint.
