<p>COJ Technician requested bribe R1500 refused 5days without service, I emailed call centre attached all relevant account documents i am taken from pillar to post. No one assisting, if i was rich living in expensive surburb would get help. but being poor and black we exposed to ************** by Municipality that we pay our hard earned money to. 5days without flashing toilets and water to drink with little children cannot be treated as a joke and ignorance</p>
