COJ sucks

i have been having numerous issues with numerous accounts at coj. everytime i phone the call centre, i am told they cant help me over the phone i need to go to the nearest walk in centre. when i go the nearest walk in centre, they say, this account is not zoned for this walk incentre, i need to go to the walk in centre where the account is held.....i have been to numerous open days, walk in centres and sitting at thusso house till 5 in the afternoon. they acknowledge my issues and credits that are due to me, but it is so convenient that they are always offline and they will pass the credits when they are back online. i finally gave up trying and now i get letters from ts legal services for pmts due.....i go in to meet the person incharge of the account, who in turn is told by her friend that she must sent me to rates to fix my problems up....i told them that rates say my problems are accounts related and that i should go to billing...i am being passed from pillar to post....and department to another....are they to lazy to sort out someones problems and make them smile......the lady then sends me to someone else who can help me with my other account queries....this guy was so rude and arrogant and abrupt...his words were : how can she send me to him on my own without telling him....he refused to help me...i then waited in the waiting room for about an hour looking for the lady that previously helped me but she was no where to be found.....her supervisor comes out a while later asking if we have been helped and saying he cant understand why she couldnt sort out my problems and why the other guy was rude...he said he is going to look for her...he then disappears...............i am sick and tired of being passed from place to place...talk about efficiency and inefficiency....this is the limit........they want to cut our services off and scare us with letters from legal services................but they cant assist with credits so we can pay our balances that are due in full.....
