I went to City of JHB offices in Thuso House Braamfontein to query the account and billing, this was on the 11th of April 25 , the consultant that was assisting me said his system is not showing him all the invoices accept for current ones, he then suggested that I go to the Region B that is in Randburg, in deed I then went upon arriving the the office was closed because they didn't have water,

I then went back the following day, only to find that they still don't have water, I had to return on a Monday, the lady assisted she asked for the letter of proxy as the account was not in my name, I did show her the letter, she said I should have a certified copy of one of the directors, I then went back to fetch same, she even if she could not point out the issue I then requested print out of payment allocation that was on the system so I could do my own recon, whiles I was going to do that I then asked if I can make payment arrangement in order for the power not to be cut off, she then said I should take the same documents and go to back to Braamfontein office to do the arrangement.

It was already 2h20 when I was done in Randburg looking at the time I was not going to make it , I then went on the following day the lady that was helping me referred me to a guy called Mongezi who had such unbelievable attitude towards me saying the letter I have was dated the 10th why do I only come to him on the 15th I then explained to him that I've been back and forth and Rundburg office where I was sent to by his colleague was closed, he then said he wants all the directions certified copy of ID's not just one I then went back to get same with the three months bank statement.

Upon my return to him he was not in the office and someone was waiting for him in his office he then informed me that Mongezi has just stepped out, I then waited outside for him, after 30min he came back and "consulted" whith the guy that was waiting for him with his office closed, when he was done after about 25min he then came out and said " I don't want anyone to go to my office the perfume smell that I have there I want it to last for the rest of the day" he took my documents standing outside he then asked if we can make a payment of R32K while we are quiring with accounts, I then said I will find out and get back to him, while we were talking he was talking to his colleagues about how he is in love with the person that had just left his office even asked one of the to be a lobola delegate, I found that to be so unprofessional, I then asked him should they agree must come back to him he said yes.

I left coming back to him the next day as i was asking the help desk personnel I was there to see Mongezi the lady informed him i was there to see him he said " I don't have any appointment with anyone" with this nasty look at me, I then said I was here yesterday you said I should come back to you, he just carried on working until the help desk lady stepped in his office,

Yoo what a person to be working with clients in the service delivery organization I found it very unpleasant.
