COJ Ripping me off alive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a house November 2018, where only 2 people are living. My account amounts have been around R2000 each month from November until May 2019.

From June it jumped to R2391.37 , (which i didn't mind) July - R2702.86 August - R3073.18 September - R5602.87 (Now they taking advantage of me)

My September 2019 statement monthly amount doubled to what i'm use to paying.

Today (26 September at 15:45pm) i called the *** number to be told that, the amount they see there is currently R5602.87 and this all appears to be correct as she claimed to have checked my invoices for the past 6 months. I was advised that the amount is according to my meter readings. I then asked how the amount doubled and i couldn't get a clear answer.

Since i bought that house, no one from the COJ has ever visited my residence and read my meter, especially electricity! My house is surrounded by camera's so i want to know the dates they read my meters (water and electricity) so that i can go check for any footage of the COJ person checking and writing things down.

COJ is taking advantage of the people who pay their accounts and they are scared of the people in SOWETO! This is ridiculous as f*ck!
