COJ PROPERTY PLANS MISFILED AND POOR ARCHIVE MANAGEMENT

I have asked on several occasions and without a cordial response, the councillor and the officials to provide the e-mail and contact details of those responsible for the property plans. On13th December 2021 (nearly 3 months indicating by Octavia. Manager on 6th floor civic centre in Braamfontein indicated that the file is missing and they look for it. Up to now no response on the status nor the progress! Certainly not reasonable to expect that she should respond on the status before we need to spend time and money to go in and ascertain what the status is? I think beside rude towards ratepayers it shows a misplaced arrogance not to response

If this poor archive management is a permanent feature of the COJ execution, it should surely be elevated to council level and urgently get a forensic audit and investigation under way. This could also be a major area of ***** and misconduct which require more actions against officials that don’t serve the COJ public

Neither the councilor nor officials are interest to assist and suddenly cant manage e-mails; read; write; listen; hear but all are paid
