COJ PRE-TERMINATION IDIOCY!!!

So my Account is in Arears with the City of JHB.And you Sms me to notify me to this effect.Good.You even correspond with me Monthly via E-mail to deliver my E-statements. And then You go and behave very Stupidly. You Advertise A Pre-Termination notices along the outside of my Fence for All and Sunder to read! I view any such correspondence as Private and Confidential. You ignore My Post Box deliberately and behave in a manner I can only describe as Irressponsible and Stupid! I do not appreciate my Private affairs either with you and anybody else for that matter being advertise publicly when you have sooo many direct and private channels to direct your correspondence to me! If Idea behind this is to Shame people into Paying, then you are going about it in a Very Childish and Careless manner.I'm Disgusted beyond Words! If any Attorney or Lawyer happens to read this as well, please make contact. I firmly believe that I have a Legal recourse here. COJ is extremely disrespectful and will only be my pleasure to teach them a simple "basic"...RESPECT!
