COJ - No response in over 7 months since query was raised!

COJ have been charging me for water and sewerage on my account since inception over 6 years ago, yet this is charged on my complex levies as well.

I have called and been to COJ from Spetember 2017 to date and have had no response or action on my account. I am growing increasingly frustrated as every time I call, I am told my query is being escalated yet 7 months later, nothing has been done about it!

It does not matter which party holds office, same ****ty service can be expected as always in SA!!!
