COJ municipality sucks

I've recently moved into a new place and now realised how much we pay COJ for very little in return. My bills include around R1000 per month for just service availability charges. <br> I went in to change to prepaid electricity and was told that it will take a month to get the quote and have to come in to accept the quote followed by a month for the change to actually happen. <br> The staff is also kinda rude and force you to accept the horrible service.
