COJ Incorrectly Billed using Water Meter Readings of my neighbour's

I have received an incorrect bill in October 2023 due to a water meter reading from the neighbour's house. They have promised to resolve it for the longest time. They escalated the incident in December 2023.

Now, I am receiving messages of disconnection to services as I owe the municipal money. Like who does that, and how does that happen? On top of everything, they charge me interest monthly from the incorrect water meter readings of my neighbor's house.

I have spent countless times calling these people and no one seems to care.
