COJ has been Harassing for years

Basically COJ has been Harassing me for 3 years now about an overdue account for property that I don't live in, or own. For some reason I am tied to this property but no matter how many times I tell them to find out who lives there they keep phoning me. Now it's lawyers phoning me too. What can I do because they won't fix it.
