CoJ dishing out Pre Termination Notices !!! 5 days after payment date !!!

Changed banks and my payment reflected late, paid on the 5th, on the 7th they put a pre-termination notice on my gate. I phoned the call centre and the guy that I'm speaking to has a bad attitude from the moment he picked up the phone.I enquired why they would put a pre-termination notice on my gate for being late 5 days, I also asked what the grace period for month-end payments to which he rep**** 3 days, Then the Call Centre guy tells me, that’s how they do it now and put the phone down in my ear.
