COJ Charges 26.48% Higher Rates for the Same Unit

I purchased a sectional title property in Sagewood Midrand in Dec '15 only to discover the rates to the unit are overcharged by a whopping 26.48% in comparison to identical units in the same complex. I sent them an email on 8 Feb '16 regarding this, heard nothing, and again on 18 March and 20 April. These returned a DELIVERY FAILURE message. The website mail addresses [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] both return this message. Links on the online website are broken, I do not have access to nor can I access needed information off the COJ website to assist in this or the Supplementary Roll. Is this what the COJ refers to as \A WORLD CLASS AFRICAN CITY\", whatever that means? Perhaps Hellopeter may be able to assist...?"
