COJ bad service

Hello Peter,

How can we make the city accountable?

My house was sold and registered on the 9th of April 2025.

First they have not paid my refund. Secondly they have not calculated my refund accurately. Thirdly the amount they are suppose to pay me is 19 days over due.

They billed me in May and the account was already not on my name then.

Please assist.

I have emailed their complaints.

And there is no response!
